How GOATS is Solving Oceanic
The Gander Oceanic Air Traffic System (GOATS) meets the challenge of efficiently managing
transatlantic flights between Europe and North America using fully procedural ATC. The system combines sophisticated
air traffic control software that can be used alone, or networked with other controllers
to quickly and efficiently share flight data among multiple clients.
Conflict Resolution
Efficiently manage air traffic along a single track, or by monitoring multiple tracks and flight levels.
Situational Awareness
Monitor flight progress, overdue aircraft, and automatically detect lateral, longitudinal, and vertical conflicts.
